It doesn't look Madonna is going to have a very merry Christmas this year. According to a recent report, she's playing an international tug-of-war with her ex-husband Guy Ritchie, over their 15-year-old son, Rocco. Apparently, the teenager prefers staying in London with his father instead of on the road with his mother and is now under court order to spend the holidays with his mom.

Page Six reported on Thursday that Rocco refused his pop star mother's orders to get on a plane to New York for the holidays, as sources say that he was "sick" of living with Madonna for two month while she was on her most recent world tour. The "Like A Virigin" singer responded with a court hearing in New York on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Guy and Rocco are both said to have gone to a British court to keep the teen in England.

"They boy said he didn't want to stay with her," a source close to the family drama is quoted explaining. "He's not getting along with his mom, which is not a surprise for a child that age."

The reports goes on to state that Guy's attorney Eric Buckley told Manhattan Justice Deborah Kaplan that Rocco "has expressed very clearly he does not want to return to New York," a claim that Madonna reportedly tried to angrily respond in the middle of the hearing (never a good idea).

The "Material Girl" won out, although temporary, as the New York Judge ordered Rocco to return to the Big Apple, if only so he could tell the judge which parent (and continent) he'd prefer to reside with.

If Madonna, Guy and Rocoo don't settle the case on their own, the issue could become an international custody battle and end before the International Court of Justice in The Hague.

So far Madonna herself has not made any public comments about the case.
