The reigning Country-pop queens, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift made headlines this week when reports swirled claiming that the two stars were at odds. Underwood, shot those rumors down in an interview with Gayle King, saying she and Swift do not have beef and that she's actually a fan of her music.

According to US Weekly, Grammy executives were ordered to keep Swift, 23, and her reported rival, Underwood, 29, from "crossing paths" at the Feb. 10 show since "they hate each other."

Swift was reported to be avoiding the American Idol winner at the recent Grammy Awards in Los Angeles amid claims that Swift was not a fan of Underwood's attitude.

"Taylor feels Carrie is always rude to her, so she steer clear of her," a close friend of Swift said, although a Grammy representative confirmed, "No requests were received from either artist."

Ahead of the Feb. 13 relaunch of her "Blown Away" tour, the Grammy-winning country star Underwood spoke with King about Swift, in which she insisted that there is no friction between the two.

When asked by King, "Is there a feud between you and Taylor Swift?" Underwood swiftly responded, "No, not that I know of."

As far as how the rumors got started about the two disliking each other, Underwood told King that she doesn't where the talks come from.

"In every magazine, in every pretty much newspaper, or on gossip tv shows, they can just get away with it by saying a source said, or a friend said, or an insider said. I read the most ridiculous things about myself when people do that."

Underwood also revealed her favorite song by Swift. "I really like I Knew You Were Trouble. It's a lot different for her. I like the branching out, kind of trying some different sounds," she added.

Underwood and King's full interview will air on CBS This Morning, Wednesday, Feb. 13 at 7 a.m. ET.
