The search for front man Backroad Anthem, Craig Strickland, 29, continues as he went missing on Wednesday, Dec. 30, three days after the lead singer was reported missing. Us Weekly reports, his friend Chase Morland's, 22, body was found on Monday after the two set off for a weekend duck-hunting excursion at Kaw Lake in Oklahoma.

Strickland’s band mates have continuously updated their fans with latest news and requested their fans to pray for the safety of their band mates as they are still missing. On Wednesday, they shared an in-depth post about the missing singer on social media.

He is on fire for God, his Wife, his family, his life, and this band," the band, composed of six musicians, shared on Facebook. "Craig is by far the best communicator that we have ever seen. His passion for music and the stage are what many times have kept us going miles and miles down the road. We want Yall our fans, friends, and loved ones to know Craig is an amazing person, husband, son, bandmate, and most certainly best friend. Previously, according KFSM-TV, that’s where the two men went to hunt. A mid-afternoon Facebook update on the Backroad Anthem page revealed that the search team recovered Morland’s body. The two men were aware of the severe weather conditions, sending the following tweet at 11:42 p.m. on Saturday night:
