Kandi Burruss has a few words to say after she and her husband Todd Tucker got slammed on social media for his awkward sit-down conversation with her ex friend Phaedra Parks on last night’s episode of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Viewers saw Parks and Tucker finally sit down and talk about the drama that has been swarming around them all season long.

It came out in an earlier episode that Parks and her husband Apollo Nida (who is currently serving an eight year fraud sentence in federal prison) still owe Tucker money for work he did on a workout video.

But when Tucker and Parks talked about it in hopes of burying their issues so Parks and Burruss could return to their close friendship, things didn’t go as well as planned. And Burruss is taking her husband’s side.

She took to Instagram after the episode to not only share their side but reveal a little background information on the drama that has not aired on the show.

She broke down the success he had with other shows on major networks last year before adding, “We’re trying to move past this betty bs about this workout DVD but it’s always tough to watch the drama play out today over things we’ve supposedly worked out already.”

She went on to clap it up for Tucker who she said is “great at what he does” and shut down anyone who tries to “discredit him with lies.”

She then said that Tucker and Parks decided to work together while Parks was pregnant with her second son, Dylan, who is now two-years-old. She said that while Parks made good on the first couple of payments, she never dished out the third.
