In an interview posted on Boston.com on Monday, Allen Campbell opened up on the couple's diet as well as what he provides for their kids. A lot of it comes from healthy vegetables with a small portion of meat.
"80 percent of what they eat is vegetables," Campbell said. "[I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it's not organic, I don't use it. And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon."

The chef then revealed some foods that Brady doesn't eat, which might come off as a surprise.
"[Tom] doesn't eat nightshades because they're not anti-flammatory. So no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants," Campbell said. "Tomatoes trickle in every now and then, but just maybe once a month. I'm very cautious about tomatoes. They cause inflammation."
"The kids eat fruit. Tom, not so much," Campbell added about the New England Patriots player. "He will eat bananas in a smoothie. But otherwise, he prefers not to eat fruits."
The cook also pointed out how the kids basically eat the same things their parents do although the model makes something for her six-year-old son in the day.
"Vivi was only nine months when I started, so I gave her first food," Campbell said about the couple's daughter who's three now. "And 90 percent of the time they all eat the same thing. I cook for the kids, but Gisele makes Benny's lunch to take to school."
