'Vampire Diaries' Season 4 Spoilers: Can Jeremy Be Brought Back To Life? Video
On Valentine's Day the CW rolled out a new teaser along for its next episode of season four's Vampire Diaries, which comes out on Feb. 21 titled Stand By Me.
The preview video starts off with a chilling cry out of Elena (Nina Dobrev) for her hurt brother. She then kneels down and tries to reassure him that "You're going to be okay," as it appears that Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen), who is bloodied, isn't in good shape after falling into a hole.
Dr. Fell looks to assist with the detrimental situation in any way that she can, asking Elena to release Jeremy's body into her care. Elena gets angry and shoves the doctor against a wall screaming, "He is not dead!" Damon (Ian Somerhalder) also agrees, saying, "She is out of her mind." Stefan (Paul Wesley) attempts to hold Elena down during the exchange.
Elena feels that Bonnie (Kat Graham) is the one who can bring her brother back to life and pleads "We need Bonnie. Find me Bonnie!" Nonetheless, Stefan reveals to Damon that Jeremy was actually one of the five vampire hunters.
For those who missed Thursday's installment the sequence of events is listed below:
Damon found himself in an ugly dispute with a hunter named Vaughn, while still meandering an island off the coast of Nova Scotia. However, he did come to the realization that he's one of The Five.
When a shocking piece of information regarding the cure was abruptly uncovered, it seemed to change the dynamic for all involved.
Stefan revealed his true thoughts on becoming human again to Elena while Jeremy helped Bonnie realize the difference between reality and illusion. Shane is then comforted by Caitlin, a woman from his past.
The Vampire Diaries will air next on Thursday, Feb. 21, at 8 p.m. EST on CW.
