Katie Holmes pulled the plug on her marriage to Tom Cruise over three years now, but it looks like she just can't shake him off for good. There's a new report that suggests the Hollywood star has some major drama on her hands as her ex wants to allegedly have full time custody of their 9-year-old daughter Suri Cruise.

Apparently, Tom wants Suri to live with him just because Katie is planning a wedding to her boyfriend Jamie Foxx. According to In Touch Weekly's print edition this week (via Gossip Cop), Katie's "wedding joy" is turning into a complete nightmare because of Tom.
A source said, "Katie is terrified of how her ex-husband will react to her moving on to a new life with another man," and that Tom might "come crashing back into her and Suri's lives, take her to court to get more custody and try to sway Suri over to Scientology."
What's more, Katie is hoping to have a rather small wedding ceremony, considering the fact that she and Jamie been hiding their relationship for well over two years now.
The insider added, "They've discussed eloping or having a small, quiet wedding in an out-of-the-way place."
Reps for both Katie and Jamie though say that the rumors are "100 percent untrue" while the couple hasn't even confirmed whether or not they are indeed an item.
