Ili is a voice translation device that translates your words instantly in a touch without connecting to the Internet. It was released by a Japanese tech company called Logbar. All you have to do is to speak into Ili and it spits out a translation. It works with English, Chinese, and Japanese to minimize language barriers.

Meet Dean from UK and doesn't speak Japanese. He's the spokesman for Ili and used it to communicate with Japanese women whom he has never met before to ask for a kiss. He then takes the little translator around Tokyo. He was wearing a camera on his head and ask random Japanese women on the street. He will asks women if he can kiss them. Some women were amazed with the translator device, while some may appear uncomfortable and try to laugh it off. There's one woman who runs away from Dean and the other one was angry.
