CrossFit, a high-intensity workout program with constantly varying functional movement has swept the fitness trend and doesn't appear to be going anywhere.

So what happens if three regular friends were put to test by trying out this high-intensity work out for two-months? Would they finish it till the end?

Before they started the challenge, they all gave their thoughts about how difficult the workout is gonna be and they all felt pretty nervous about it.

During the first week, everything went just about as what they expected and the struggle was real. Yet they were able get going for the rest of the week until one of them had to stop for a while due to hectic schedule.

But this did not stop them from finishing the challenge in two months. Although they say that CrossFit is not their cup of tea, they were able to pull it through till the end and made them realize how strong they were to take the test.
