Selena Gomez was nominated for multiple awards at the People's Choice Awards, which occurred Wednesday night at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, but the entertainer was not amongst the attendees.

The singer and actress had a busy 2015 between promoting and releasing her album Revival and promoting and releasing the second installment of the Hotel Transylvania franchise, where she voices Mavis, the daughter of Count Dracula (Adam Sandler).

Her nominations at People's Choice reflected on both of those since she was nominated for "Favorite Animated Movie Voice" for her voiced role in Hotel Transylvania 2 as well as "Favorite Female Artist" and "Favorite Pop Artist" since her new music is earning so much praise.

The 23-year-old took to Twitter Thursday upon learning she won for "Favorite Animated Movie Voice" to thank her fans for voting.

"Wish I could've been there," she added.

Why didn't Gomez go? Well, it seems like she's still enjoying some downtime before she starts rehearsing for her North American tour of Revival and more.

Thursday night it looked like she was enjoying some family time in the kitchen, cooking up a delicious meal.
