Rihanna & Chris Brown Back Together, Causes Heckler Attack; She Leaves Nightclub With Bloody Knee
Rihanna and some of her friends attended a nightclub on Feb. 16 but when they left the venue, the singer was photographed with a bloody knee that had a connection to her rumored on-again boyfriend Chris Brown.
After launching her clothing line River Island earlier in the day at London Fashion Week, the Stay singer went to London's Box Nightclub with friends Melissa Forde and Cara Delevingne, according to USA Today. However, the trio left the place at around 3 a.m. on Sunday after a heckler began yelling at Rihanna about getting back together with Brown.
The heckler reportedly threw a bottle at Rihanna, 24, and though she dodged it, she fell against a metal shop gate and cut her knee. She was spotted dabbing blood off of her skin as she was escorted to a waiting car and Daily News reported, along with a photo, that her bodyguard was also injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The man who threw the bottle at Rihanna has not been identified. When she returned to her hotel room she tweeted about finding the club incident as the cover story on The Sunday Times in London.
"Just so happens I came home drunk to this in a pile of papers outside my hotel room! My lil Bajan [Barbadian] behind," she tweeted along with a photo of the article headlined "Why Rihanna is the New Diana," a reference to the late Princess Diana.
Rihanna turned 25 on Feb. 13. On her birthday she went to the Playhouse Nightclub in Los Angeles where Brown was also partying. VIP hosts reportedly asked The Nobody's Business singer if she wanted to be seated with her boyfriend, but she declined and demanded to be moved elsewhere. The two did not speak to each other throughout the evening.
"Rihanna refused to sit with or even near Chris, and when Chris noticed she was there, he made a huge show of rubbing his presence her face," a source said. "He promptly ordered three more bottles of ace of spades which came out with in a procession of sparklers and scantily clad cocktail waitresses, causing a spectacle, which he clearly wanted Rihanna to see."
