A Manhattan college student is suing Alec Baldwin's wife over a bad yoga class she taught, according to reports.

Spencer Wolff, a Ph.D student at Yale University claimed he tore open his left leg, after he lost his balance and crashed into a sixth-floor window of Yoga Vida, all while performing a handstand in a class, taught by Hilaria Thomas on Jan. 15.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Wolff, 32, said he suffered "serious and "severe" injuries and was "emotional upset" during Thomas' class.

According to the Daily News, the suit does not explain how Wolff was injured, but puts blame and emphasis on Thomas' class for being "overcrowded" and her negligence, as the main causes of the alleged incident.

"It's your fault! It's your fault!" a student screamed at Thomas after the accident, according to a witness.

A friend of Thomas said Wolff was instructed that he was doing the handstand wrong, but still continued, according to the New York Post.

Wolff claimed that because the studio was jam-packed, he was forced to perform his handstand too close to the window. He fell down to his side, causing his left foot to go "straight through the window," a student said.

A piece of glass reportedly sliced deep into his leg just below the knee, cutting it open in five different places.

"There was a large amount of blood," the student said.

Paramedics arrive to the scene and rushed Wolff to Weill-Cornell Medical Center. Thomas and one of Wolff's friends from the class accompanied him to the hospital.

Wolff's lawyer, Paul Weitz, said that his client fears he may have a permanent disability.

"He can't flex the ankle and the foot points downward. He's in a boot," Weitz said. "He is worried whether he'll be able to use his leg normally again - and right now it's a waiting game."

A rep for Yoga Vida did not immediately return an email for comment Friday night.

Baldwin and Thomas are expecting their first child together, according to the Daily News.
