'Degrassi' Season 15 Premiere: Zoe & Grace's Relationship Will Be Explored As Violent Video Game Causes Dispute [VIDEO]
The new season of Degrassi is about to explore what's next in the Grace and Zoe relationship.
Zoe Is Hiding A 'Secret' In New Season Of 'Degrassi'
In a promo released on Friday, Zoe's mother will know that there's some kind of romance happening there. And unfortunately, she won't be supportive about it.
In fact, she tells Zoe that she doesn't want people thinking she's gay. Zoe might fight back against it, but it sounds like it won't go well since she'll be forbidden from hanging out with Grace. Tristan, who's out and proud, doesn't want Zoe to give up and says she should still do what she can to spend time with her crush.

Meanwhile, another storyline will revolve around a video game that seems to be doing well and lets people go to regionals. But due to the violence against women in it, this won't sit well with what is being represented. And this is when outbursts take place with rage and dispute.

As the series moves into the Netflix world, co-creator Linda Schuyler explained what this means for the future.
"I don't want to make it feel like, 'Oh, we've gone to Netflix and we're going sensational' because that is so not true," Schuyler said in a report from CP24. "I think if anything, we're back to our real roots. We might have just shied away from them a little bit towards the end of 'Next Generation.'"
