Christina Aguilera Sold Osbournes' Former TV Show Mansion for $13.5 Million (VIEW PHOTOS)
Christina Aguilera sold her Beverly Hills mansion after it was on the market for two years for $13.5 million.
Aguilera, 32, first bought the place from the Osbourne family for $11.5 million. The lavishly decorated home was already famous before Aguilera moved in- the estate was featured prominently on the MTV reality show The Osbournes when it aired on the network from 2002-2005.
Aguilera purchased the home that has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms in 2008, when she was married to her then husband Jordan Bratman. After the couple split in 2010, she put the 10,000 square foot mansion on the market a few months later. Aguilera and Bratman are now divorced.
Aguilera added touches of her personal style to the home with the eccentric style she is known for. She furnished one room with a red chandelier and another with pink pool table. She also had a beauty salon, a recording studio, a dining room with clouds painted on the ceiling, and one room featured a grand piano. The kitchen has two large refrigerators and a center island counter top with an extended dining room table.
The Voice coach and her boyfriend Matt Rutler had already moved in to a new place with her 4-year-old son before she sold the home with the 90120 zip code.
Aguilera will sit out the next season of The Voice to go on tour later this year. She is set to join John Mayer and Jennifer Hudson to perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction on April 18 in Los Angeles. Aguilera and Hudson will salute the late Donna Summer. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction will broadcast on HBO on May 18.
