Fans of Growing Up Hip Hop all saw that awkward moment between Angela Simmons & Damon Dash on the WeTV’s series premiere Thursday. Now, Simmons is speaking out about it.

Jaws dropped when Dash checked Simmons after she revealed she was stressed about planning her faux fur launch party. He let her know in the most blunt way possible that she didn’t understand stress and even implied that was privileged and had a sense of entitlement because she never really had to struggle for fame and success (his words not ours).

While she said a few words about it to Romeo Miller later in the episode, she has bit more to say.

“I wouldn’t call it an argument,” she told Music Times Saturday. “I just let him talk, while I listened to what he had to say. Did I agree? No. I don’t think he heard me out and fully understood what I was saying, but I don’t like to get into confrontation with my elders. I listen. I was never raised to do such a thing, so I just listened to him, heard what he had to say, and called it a day.”

She also confirmed that this wouldn’t be the only drama seen on the show this season.

“I’m dealing with stalker issues and there’s possible romances…”

There is definitely something brewing between her and Romeo Miller on the show. He was in a relationship in the first episode but she hinted that they have dated in the past.
