Lil Wayne on Bosh's Wife; Rapper Not Banned From NBA Events, League Says [VIDEO]
Lil Wayne told fans he'd been banned from All-Star NBA events during a concert on Sunday, but according to a league source the claim is not true.
Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, told a Houston crowd the basketball league refused to let him attend any events because of his issues with the Miami Heat organization. In a video obtained by TMZ, the How To Love rapper is seen at his concert saying the NBA would not allow him to attend any festivities because the Miami asked them to deny Wayne admittance.
"The Miami Heat told them to ban me..." he said. "When I say f-k, you say NBA.. When I say f-k, you say the Miami Heat."
The rapper continued his rant against the championship team by lashing out at a few All-Stars in specific- Lebron James, Dwayne Wade - before getting personal with Chris Bosh.
"F--k LeBron, f--k She-Wade, f--k Chris Bosh, f--k all them ni--as, man," he said to the crowd. "And, and, and, I f--ked Chris Bosh wife."
However, the NBA said Wayne's accusations are false. NBA Senior Director of Basketball Communication Mark Broussard told the gossip website there is "no truth at all" to the claims Wayne made.
The singer's frustrations may stem from a different claim he made during a Miami Heat vs. Lakers game on Feb. 10, when he was reportedly asked to leave by security for "rootin" for the Lakers team.
"So I'm @ da Heat game right, rootin 4 da Lakers kuz dats my team & would u believe they got police 2 make me leave?! Wow! F#€k da Heat" he tweeted on game day.
A spokesperson for the Miami Heat said Lil Wayne was not kicked out of the basketball game, but left on his own will: "In response to your injury, please note that Lil Wayne was not ejected from the building. He chose to leave."
