Although divorce rumors continue to swirl in regard to the Teen Mom 2 couple as they film season seven, Lowry and Marroquin remain married, but sadly, Marroquin will soon leave the family and head off on his upcoming deployment.
“It’s not easy, but they are handling it the best that they can,” a source told Radar Online on Thursday.

Recently on Twitter, Marroquin hinted at potential emotional stress over his 2016 deployment, when he responded to a tweet, which read, “Choose love over everything else.”
In his comment, he wrote, “Love gets in the way of one’s vision sometimes that it’s not always the best choice.”
Although Marroquin's tweet was quite negative, a source told Radar Online that the couple was doing "good," and a second source added that things were “great.”
Still, Lowry has often spoken about the stress of marriage.
“I think it’s been hard because I’m a college student and it’s hard for me to balance a family life and a social life knowing that I can’t relate to a lot of the kids that I go to school with,” she said last year. “I can, but I can’t at the same time.”
Teen Mom 2 season seven will premiere on MTV sometime later this year.
