Mike Huckabee is taking a stand to not only defend himself, but his relationship with the Duggar family. The Republican Presidential hopeful was reportedly forced to defend the reality television stars after an unidentified woman heckled him during one of his meet-and-greets with potential voters in Iowa.

According to the Huffington Post, Huckabee got into quite an intense exchange with the woman, who brought up Josh Duggar's sexual molestation scandal, in which he confessed to sexually abusing four of his sisters, including Jill and Jessa, when he was a teenager back in 2002 and 2003.

She said, "When the Duggars came out and the son had molested their child you more or less said that you felt sorry for their parents. Their parents let it continue for over two years."

Huckabee then shot back, "You're accusing me of supporting child abuse," the Republican presidential candidate shot back. "I'm gonna take you on that because that hurts my feelings."

When the woman continued to heckle him, he said rather tensely, "You have no idea what you're talking about. You don't know that family and I do."

The conservative politician then added, "I never supported anything that happened to those daughters. I supported the fact that those daughters were maliciously and savagely abused not just by their brother, but by the news media who exploited them for their own purpose without regard for what it was doing to those young ladies."

So far, the Duggars haven't made any comments. Josh is currently at a faith-based rehab to help treat his sex and porn addictions.
