On Sunday, Daily Mail posted photos of the actress as she was out shopping in Hollywood looking athletic and happy. Wearing a black and white shirt with jeans and sunglasses, the star had a smile on her face and kept her figure looking slim yet filled with muscle.
After giving birth to her son, Silas, last spring, Biel managed to keep up with her exercising and is remaining in positive spirits.

Biel is married to singer Justin Timberlake. There was a previous rumor from OK! Magazine claiming that the actress might want to get back into the spotlight of acting to have more independence.
"Since becoming a mom, Jessica has gained confidence," a source told the publication. "She's eager to act more."
However though, Timberlake may not feel the same way as the site mentioned he has a "controlling" nature and might want to have another child.
"If he had it his way, she'd be pregnant again," the source said.
The story added that Biel is "prepared to make her own decisions" and doesn't want to be in the "Stepford wife" role anymore.
At this point, this could all just be a rumor, but only time will tell how it goes and if the couple will have another baby anytime soon.
