When it comes to Kate Middleton, it seems like she simply can't catch a break, at least not with her critics. The Duchess is being heavily criticized for her upcoming stint as a guest editor for the Huffington Post, as many critics and fans alike think she's "unqualified" for the job, and even going as far as calling her new job "a joke."

According to Us Weekly on Friday, the Duchess will be working as an editor for the online news blog and will be apparently commissioning content to journalists on a range of issues while also putting the spotlight on children's mental health issues.

"The Duchess of Cambridge has made the mental health of young children a key focus of her work in recent year," a Kensington Palace spokesperson said, adding, "The Duchess will be commissioning contributions from a number of leading figures in the mental health sector as well as from young people, parents, and teachers. We look forward to welcoming The Huffington Post team to Kensington Palace next month."

Kate Middleton Forced To Downsize Her Staff And Fire Her Nannies?

Some comments from critics included, "The woman who can't write a letter/note to an eight year old child or proof read her thank you notes to her charity, who can't spell or use spell check is going to guest edit a magazine," along with, "Kate will sit a a table. Read and edit. Then her edits and input will be filtered through others before being released."

Another reader wrote, "Kate can't write & I doubt she'd know how to edit HuffPo. I'm sure the actual professionals will do the work, there will be a short 'letter from the editor' written by one of her staff, & that will be that."

So far Buckingham Palace has not made any comments regarding the criticism. Keep up with Enstars for all the latest news on Kate Middleton and all of your favorite British royal celebrities right here.
