It looks like Kate Middleton isn't bowing down to royal pressure, especially when it comes to her kids. In fact, there's a new report that suggests the Duchess is feuding with Queen Elizabeth simply because she wants to raise her kids her way - and not the royal way.

According to Closer Weekly on Monday, the Duchess is supposedly fighting hard to make sure her children grow up well-adjusted and grounded and without the limitations that were imposed on her husband Prince William, and his brother, Prince George while they were growing up. And that's why she's keeping her own kids, 2-year-old Prince George and 9-month-old Princess Charlotte as far away from Buckingham Palace as possible.

In fact, sources say the royal mother wants to raise her children at Anmer Hall so "George and Charlotte can grow up in a safe, private environment - even if it means going against the wishes of some of the members of the royal family."

The insider added, "They want their children to be free and live as normal a life as possible. They are very much doing things their way."

In fact, many royal observers have noticed that the Duke and Duchess have so far done a good job of keeping their children out of the spotlight and have only released a few selected photos of their family for the public, just to keep the paparazzi at bay.
