The actress was spotted at Santa Monica Farmers Market over the weekend where she sported a long blue dress with a jacket and a fancy hat for the sun. In a photo posted on Daily Mail on Tuesday, Biel looked healthy and glowing nine months after giving birth to her son, Silas.

Biel has been married to her husband, Justin Timberlake, for three years now. In a previous Q&A session from Reddit AMA, the actress opened up on what the best thing is that a parent can do for a child. In her view, it's important to let kids be who they want to be without anyone getting in the way.
"All we have left really, truly in this world that we can control is our own integrity. I don't mean that like sexual integrity, I mean that as a human being," she said. "You choose how you live your life, what you deserve."
Biel then discussed how there needs to be true equality in gender placement especially when it comes to how women are portrayed through the media.
"The media does a lot of really wonderful things to support women and women's bodies," she said. "And we can't discount that, and we're actively using media to do something amazing, to totally talk frankly and openly about women- MY needs, OUR needs, OUR desires."
