Kathryn Edwards, OJ Simpson: 'RHOBH' Isn't Happy To Be Tied To Nicole Brown Simpson's Ex [VIDEO]
Kathryn Edwards made her debut on last night's new episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and her first appearance was not without drama.

After running into her old friend, Lisa Rinna, Rinna brought up her Edwards' ties to O.J. Simpson, and Edwards was immediately put off.
"Lisa Rinna is someone I have known for over 20 years, and although we hadn't kept in contact over time, she's always someone I enjoy running into," Edwards began in her first blog of the season. "Her energy and humor are in a league of their own, so of course I was happy to see her at Lisa Vanderpump's charity event."

That said, Rinna's comment about Simpson wasn't something Edwards was hoping to hear--at least not this soon into her role on the show.
"What I wasn't happy about was that the first thing out of her mouth was O.J...really?" Edwards asked readers. "OK, if that's what you think when you see me, I guess I haven't made much of any impression on you. Beside the fact that I don't think Rinna ever saw me once with O.J., but whatever...I'll give her new memories."
As Kyle Richards explained during the episode, Edwards' ex-husband, Marcus Allen, formerly of the Kansas City Chiefs, was linked to Simpson's late wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, a short time after she and O.J. separated, which just so happened to be during the time Allen was married to Edwards.
