Lisa and Lenny Hochstein have owned 42 Star Island Drive in Miami, Fla. for years, but unfortunately, the couple, who was previously featured on The Real Housewives of Miami, weren't able to move in nearly as soon as they were hoping.

Although the couple purchased the home with the intention to re-build, and create a customized space, their desired construction was halted in 2013, when preservationists attempted to have the historic home, built by architect Walter DeGarmo in 1925, kept as is. Luckily, however, they have since won the battle, and began building their dream home on the super-exclusive Star Island.

"Limestone going up in the main house #starisland," Lenny captioned a photo three weeks ago, which featured the most recent sneak peek at his and Lisa's new home.
