While Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton have basically been dominating the headlines with their very public romance, is the singer's ex-husband Gavin Rossdale secretly getting his revenge... with the family's nanny? That's the new rumor, as a report says the former Bush frontman is allegedly dating nanny Mindy Mann--leaving Gwen totally jealous and furious.

According to OK! (via Celebrity Dirty Laundry) on Wednesday, Gavin supposedly cheated on Gwen with the blond nanny, which led to their separation last summer. And even though Gwen has been very open about her relationship with her The Voice co-star Blake, she's livid that her ex would move on with the same woman who allegedly broke up their marriage.
A source close to the singer said, "Gavin doesn't really care what Gwen thinks anymore. The boys love, love, love Mindy--and Gavin has retained Mann's nanny services once again. After all, why should the little ones be punished for daddy's mistake? If Mindy is more than the nanny now, who cares?"

Yet, this isn't sitting too well with Gwen, who apparently wants to keep Mandy as far away as possible from her three sons, Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.
The insider added, "Gwen is horrified and fighting [Gavin] on [rehiring Mandy]."
Other sources say that while Gavin is still living full-time in Los Angeles with the ex-couple's boys, Gwen is seriously considering moving into Blake's mansion in Oklahoma.
