Twins have a different, strong and unexplainable bond with each other. This is because their bond started in the womb. Interacting as early as 14 weeks in pregnancy.

So when new parents, Glen Ruthford and Anthea Jackson-Ruthford welcomed their twins earlier than their expected date, they have to go through their daily "kangaroo care" routine -- skin-to-skin cuddling like their father is doing in the video -- to help boost premature babies' health and well-being.

They regularly monitor the twin's development by posting pictures and videos on their Facebook account.

Last week's video captured and showed a heart-warming bond between the twins. They were holding hands while cuddled with Dad.

The act captured the hearts of those who watched the video, amazed at the babies who showed support and love to each other through their journey to full development.
