Why Was 'Vanderpump Rules' Star Jax Taylor Arrested In Hawaii?
During a cast trip to Hawaii, the group's fun times came to an abrupt end when Taylor was jailed after stealing a pair of Polaris sunglasses from a shop nearby his hotel. So, why did he do it? According to the reality star, his crime was a complete "misunderstanding."
According to a January 25 report by the Lawyer Herald, Taylor spoke out a short time after his July 2015 arrest, confirming the incident was "100 percent" a misunderstanding.

In a TMZ video at the time, Taylor confirmed he did, in fact, get the shades, and said he would be returning to Hawaii as he was now an "avid surfer."
During recent episodes of Vanderpump Rules, Taylor and his co-stars, Scheana Marie, Mike Shay, Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, Katie Maloney, Tom Schwartz and Taylor's girlfriend, Brittany Cartwright, have been seen on the island of Waikiki, where they were celebrating a joint birthday party for Taylor and Sandoval.
Following his arrest, Taylor's co-stars will be seen as they attempt to pull $11,000 together in an effort to bail him out of jail. Meanwhile, Taylor's boss at SUR Lounge, Lisa Vanderpump, won't be thrilled when she receives the shocking news.
