Love & Hip Hop's seventh episode in the third season, titled Burn After Reading, featured a split and several cast members reconciling after fights in previous episodes.
Business manager Yandy made her boyfriend Mendeecees apologize to her cousin Maurice after an altercation they had in a previous episode over an Instagram photo.
"Mendeecees came to his [Maurice's] place of business and put hands and feets on him," Yandy said to the camera .
"You don't touch my cousin," Yandy told her boyfriend. "You do not respect my family."
When the trio get together to resolve the feud, Maurice told Mandy's boyfriend: "I don't even know if I like you or not."
"You think I give a f- if you like me or not?" Mendeecees replied.
"This is my family!" Yandy told her boyfriend. "If you want to be a part of this family, that's something that you've got to fix. At the end of the day you both are going to be in my life forever." Mandeeces then apologized to her cousin.
Business manager Rich Dollaz ended his personal relationship with model and aspiring singer Erica Mena who he also represents. His mentor, rapper Peter Gunz and his mother both advised Dollaz that mixing business with pleasure with Mena is not working out for them.
"Wrap that up musically, and wrap that up with the relationship," Gunz told Dollaz. "You looking crazy out here. Dollaz you slipping baby, you buggin out."
"This girl is dangerous, Richard," Dollaz' mother chimed in. "She doesn't need a manager. She needs a psychiatrist."
When Dollaz met up with Mena, he told her they couldn't talk unless she agreed to sign a contract that outlined their business relationship.
"No contract, I get it," Mena said. "But why are you making that such a big deal?"
"I'm taking you off the hook," Dollaz replied. "We can no longer move forward in our personal."
"You can let me off the hook, but I'm not going anywhere," Mena yelled at him.
Rapper Consequence and his girlfriend Jennifer interviewed babysitters in their Staten Island home for their son Caden. The couple cannot agree on any of the applicants they met and Jennifer was turned off by one applicant's cleavage. "You know what, I can't do this because her boobs are staring me right in the face," she said. Another applicant said she was fired from her last job but would "rather not get into" why.
LHH star Joe Budden's girlfriend Kaylin apologized to his ex Tahiry. The women had a fight backstage at one of his concerts in a previous episode after Tahiry started the fight. Tahiry agreed to make amends because she wants Joe to provide guest vocals on her as-yet-released record Devil.
