Peter Thomas, husband of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member Cynthia Bailey, has gone from facing marital woes to almost facing issues with the law.

Cynthia Bailey Claps Back At Critics

Thomas made headlines Monday evening after he was accused of being a part of a huge brawl in Charlotte, NC bar, Sports One, TMZ reported.

A man named Brandon Link accused Thomas of getting dangerously physical with him after a conversation about renting a section of the bar went completely left. Link said that Thomas threw him around and even busted his head.

During the altercation Thomas made it clear he didn’t care about the money Link had to offer.

“You think I give a f*** about your money!” Thomas screamed, according to Link. Thomas then allegedly threw him, causing Link to hit his head on the edge of a table. Link then got police involved.

But Thomas has a different perspective. He told the celebrity news site that Link was belligerent and was forced out of the bar by security. Thomas then said that Link got the head injury after he slipped on ice and fell.

Whatever happened, it was not enough for police to take anyone into custody.

Link added that he got a concussion.

No word on if there are any witnesses who saw what really went down between the two men.

Thomas has stayed quiet about the incident on social media. But it did make a point to rep his bar on Instagram after it was official that the Carolina Panthers are headed to the Super Bowl this year.
