According to a Radar Online report, which was first to reveal the Teen Mom 2 couple's court date, Simms was confident that the original ruling, which left him with primary care, would remain in effect.
“Corey thinks the judge will keep the arrangement the same,” a family insider told the outlet. “Leah hasn’t made any changes, so there’s no reason to reverse the order.”
During an October custody hearing, as Radar mentioned, Corey was ordered to care for 6-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah during the week, while Messer was left with just weekends with her daughters. Now, however, Messer is positive that a judge will return their agreement to the way it used to be, with her spending more time with her children.
“She’s optimistic,” a source said. “She knows she deserves to get her girls back.”
