The 40-year-old country singer, Joey Feek is keeping up while under hospice care. As his husband, Rory Feek shares on his blog an update of his wife’s health and a recent adorable visitor on Wednesday, January 27, some furry pals came along to lighten up the singer.
"Some baby puppies came to play with Indy the other day, but I think her mama loved their visit the most," Rory captioned a Facebook photo. In the snapshot, Joey holds an adorable puppy close to her face as she rests on the bed.

Joey Feek 'Inconsolable' As She Bids Farewell To Best Friend
According to Us Weekly, Joey and Rory, who make up the country bluegrass band Joey + Rory, married in 2002 and are parents to daughter Indiana, 23 months. Moreover, the 49-year-old country crooner has been updating fans on his wife’s health since she was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2014. On Thursday, he wrote on his blog, This Life I Live, that he couldn't "begin to imagine" living without her.
"Joey and I both have questions. Lots of them. Hard questions that we don’t have any answers for. But still, we have faith – we choose to believe. I think that’s why they call it faith. If we knew all the answers, no faith would be required," he wrote on their blog. "And so Joey and I do our best each day to only see the plus’s in our life."

Despite of what the couple has been through all this time, they still take advantage of the time that has left for Joey. Earlier this week, reports have revealed that the duo Rory+Joey are releasing their latest and probably the last album next month called Hymns That Are Important To Us.
"A lot has taken place in a year's time, but through it all, these songs have given me such strength," Joey said in a press release. Rory added to Entertainment Tonight: "I have no desire to go on singing or performing without her."
