Finding Carter fans can grieve at this point as the story is officially over.
There Was 'A Lot To Be Explored' On 'Finding Carter?'
On Friday, TV Line announced that the MTV series will not be returning for a third season. And unfortunately, it didn't end on the best of terms with Max turning himself in for the murder of Jared along with Bird getting an abortion and Rick beating up Ben.
Most of the cast members have remained quiet about the cancellation with the exception of Zac Pullam who played Grant on the show.
Chatter On Carter's Relationship With Jared On 'Finding Carter'
One of the storylines that was supposed to be explored was Max's future now that he's behind bars. In a previous interview with TV Insider, Alex Saxon (Max) mentioned how that would affect his character. As it turns out, there was probably a lot that could've happened.
"I think there's a lot to be explored about what would happen if Max went to jail and went where his dad has spent much of Max's life; how he would regress and how he would change," Saxon said. "I'd like to think part of why Max is so empathetic to everybody around him and conscious of taking care of people and not hurting anybody is because he knows the evil, the darkness, that's out there."
