Kim Kardashian Baby: Kimye Picked Out Godmother For Baby Girl Due In July
Kim Kardashian and her boyfriend, rapper Kanye West, who are expecting their first child together, a baby girl in July, faced the difficult task of picking out the godparents of their unborn child.
According to a report, Kardashian- who has four sisters, one brother and a host of stepsisters and stepbrothers - has finally made her choice. According to an insider, the celebrity couple has named her younger sister Khloe Kardashian-Odom to be the godmother to their child.
"Khloe will be the godmother," said a source for Hollywood Life.
Khloe, 28, is also the godmother to their older sister Kourtney Kardashian's son Mason Disick. The younger Kardashian sister does not have any children. She has had trouble conceiving since she wed her husband, NBA player, Lamar Odom in 2009. It has not been reported yet who will be the godfather to Kim's child and who the godparents are to 33-year-old Kourtney's daughter Penelope Disick.
Kim, 32, who is five months pregnant, and West, 35, have yet to pick out names for their daughter, according to the insider. They will make their decision closer to Kim's July due date.
"They haven't even started thinking about baby names yet, they want to wait until a month before she's due to start the process," the source revealed. "They know they'll change their mind 100 times over again."
The celebrity couple recently learned the sex of their baby and are "over the moon."
"Kanye always wanted a girl," a source told UsWeekly.
"Kim has always dreamed of having a little girl and now she has her wish!" another source told Hollywood Life. "Everyone is so excited. Now it's pink, pink, pink!"
Kim confirmed her pregnancy on Dec. 31 after West announced the news during his concert in Atlantic City, N.J., on Dec. 30.
