According to the brief it is not going to be easy for Alicia (Julianna Margulies) getting back to Lockhart, Agos & Lee and joining the team with Lucca (Cush Jumbo).
Here's the official synopsis:
"Alicia has trouble adjusting when she returns to work at Lockhart, Agos & Lee with Lucca. Their first case, involving a secret new computer tablet, causes a rift within the firm."

In the latest episode, titled Judged, as things started to fall apart for Alicia who was being tried in court and liable to pay a huge fee to settle the case, Cary (Matt Czuchry) seemed a ray of hope as he asks her to join Lockhart, Agos & Lee again. We are guessing the old offer of Lucca also joinging also stands.
The brief of the next episode reveals that Alicia will join the firm as will Lucca, but it will be a bumpy ride.
The next episode will air on February 14 on CBS.
