Catherine Zeta-Jones is considered one of the most beautiful women in the Hollywood and there's a good reason why--she's a natural beauty. The big screen actress recently revealed that she's never gone under the knife even though she's felt pressured in the past to keep up her looks.

According to Xpose on Tuesday, Michael Douglas' wife of nearly 15 years says that even though she hasn't done it yet, she would consider having plastic surgery if she thought it would make her happier about the way she looks.

She told Good Housekeeping print edition, "You don't have to be a beauty queen to be an actress, the roles that are coming my way are different and more interesting. But I'm not anti-plastic surgery at all. Contrary to public opinion, I have not been under the knife ... yet, is what I say! If I feel like it, I'm going to go ahead and do it! If (surgery) makes you feel better, who am I to tell someone that it's wrong.''

But if there's one thing that the mother-of-two does do, it's work out. Zeta-Jones says that she likes to exercise daily because she thinks a healthy body will also give her a healthy mind.

She explained, "I have my dancing. I'm lucky that I have a bit of a muscle memory, so once my body gets back in motion it seems to remember. Being active and on my feet is much healthier for my psyche. I really feel it's healthy for a body to sweat every day. I run on my treadmill or power walk outside. Then I do some bodywork and arm work and a bit of tap dancing every now and then.''
