Actor and comedian Kevin Hart hosted Saturday Night Live on March 2 and after his opening monologue about a homeless person stealing a sandwich, he went on to mock Beasts of the Southern Wild actress Quvenzhane Wallis in a skit.

Hart opened his SNL monologue by talking about a run-in he had with a homeless guy while eating a sandwich in a New York restaurant. He said last time he was in New York City he had a "little tragic situation" where he saw a homeless person put "his palm on this white guy's sandwich."

"I'm like, 'oh my god, he just palmed this man's sandwich,' " he said.

Worried that the same might happen to him, Hart stuffed his entire Pandero Bread meal in his mouth. He then went on say some of his sandwich stuck out of his mouth and so he worried about the homeless guy coming up to him and touching his food.

"Half of the sandwich was hanging out of my mouth. It was too much. So now.. I'm panicking. 'Oh my god, he's gonna come up. He's gonna try to grab the sandwich outta my mouth.' That's the next step in his crime spree, I know it is."

Hart also talked about a one-time audition he had for SNL years ago.

In one SNL skit, Hart dressed in drag to play 9-year-old Oscar nominee Quvenzhane Wallis. The 32-year-old was introduced as new Pope Wallis, chosen to take over after Pope Benedict XVI stepped down. Hart even held the puppy purse Wallis is known to love, which she also sported at the Academy Awards in February.

He was introduced as "the first African American, the first female and first child Pope." Hart's character then lifted her arms into her "signature Muscle Man pose" and did a victory dance.
