Heidi Klum signed on to be the fourth judge on the NBC reality competition America's Got Talent, TMZ reported Sunday.

The supermodel and Project Runway host reportedly signed papers in a last minute deal and immediately after flew to New Orleans - where the competition holds it first round of auditions and will begin taping on Monday. The 39-year-old will join judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Mel B., who replaced Sharon Osbourne after she quit in 2012.

The gossip website also obtained photos from the America's Got Talent set that show the name "HEIDI" underneath her own judge's "X." Klum's rep was not available for comment when contacted on Sunday.

America's Got Talent season eight premieres on May 28.

Project Runway premiered its 11th season on Jan. 25.
