Actress Olivia is not a fan of Justin Bieber continuously going shirtless: she posted on March 1 a Twitter message for the Nothing Like Us singer in which she asked him to put on a shirt or go buy one if he does not have any.

"Bieber, put your f---ing shirt on. (unless you lost all your shirts in a fire in which case my condolences and please purchase a new shirt.)" she tweeted.

Many of Wilde's Twitter followers saw the humor in the message and replied with comments such as "My beer is all over my Macbook thanks to @oliviawilde #dontdrinkandlaugh" and "I'd donate to the unshirtless Bieber fund."

One user posted a photo of the talked about outfit Bieber wore on Feb. 26 along with the caption, "burn this outfit as well."

Bieber was photographed in London last month wearing a large, bright yellow hat detailed with metallic spikes. He also had on oversized glasses, a black sweatshirt, gold chain, two gold watches - one on each wrist - and baggy, pink leopard-print pants. Noticing that his outfit gathered a lot of attention, Bieber addressed the topic on Twitter by writing that the ensemble was a dare.

Bieber did not address Wilde's comments on his own Twitter page. On March 1 the singer was busy celebrating his 19th birthday, which ended badly and resulted in him tweeting "worst birthday" at the end of the night.

The 19-year-old held a circus-themed party at London's Cirque du Soir and was celebrating with friends including actor Jaden Smith and British singer Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke. A source that was present at the club told Us Weekly there was a confrontation between Bieber's team and security at the venue because of Smith, who at 14 was not old enough to get into the venue. The party was ultimately shut down because of underage guests.

"There was never any mention of Jaden being there, so when he showed up, it caused problems," the insider said. "They could have stayed if Jaden left, but Justin wanted to be loyal to his good friend."
