Taylor Swift and Harry Styles Never Seemed in Love, 1D's Tattoo Artist Says [PHOTOS]
The Los Angeles-based tattoo artist who inked Harry Styles when he was dating Taylor Swift said the pair was not romantic and did not look like they were in love when they came to his shop, according to MTV.
Freddy Negrete told The Daily Star the One Direction band member and the I Knew You Were Trouble singer did not seem like they were even dating when they visited the Shamrock Tattoo Parlor in December of 2012.
He told the newspaper: "Harry and Taylor didn't seem in love at all. There wasn't a sparkle in Harry's eye. They were kind and respectful to each other but didn't have stars in their eyes."
"They seemed more like friends. Harry wasn't in love and it wasn't serious for him," Negrete added. "They weren't romantic at all. He was just casual - they weren't staring into each other's eyes."
Negrete said Swift came in the shop toward the end of Styles getting his ship tattoo and sat with him for support, but "there was nothing magical going on."
The What Makes You Beautiful singer got a huge ship design on his upper left arm, right next to the heart he has inked on his bicep. The tattoo looks almost identical to the one actor Reeve Carney sports in Swift's music video for I Knew You Were Trouble. Swift and Styles posed together in the tattoo parlor for a few photos and The Huffington Post reported that she held his hand during the painful procedure.
Since her breakup with Styles, Swift was recently romantically linked to his friend Ed Sheeran.
