Jenelle Evans' father has resurfaced, claiming he would like to reconnect with his Teen Mom 2 star daughter.

In a new interview, the 67-year-old Scranton, PA resident revealed it's been nearly “10 years” since he and Jenelle spoke, and claimed she and his other children with Barbara Evans, his ex-wife, haven't reached out to him in years.

“They don’t call me,” Robert Evans revealed to Radar Online on Thursday. “They don’t get in touch with me. And I have no idea how to get in touch with them.”

According to Jenelle, however, Robert disappeared after her mother, Barbara, remarried.

“We use to have visitation with my father after the divorce, along with my brother and sister tagging along,” she wrote in a blog entry. “These visitations lasted for a few years… until my mother met my step-father Mike.”

“I don’t what happened in the past, everyone has a past but everyone can change,” she continued. “I know he loved his kids and if he didn’t he wouldn’t have tried to be in our lives in the first place. Some questions sometimes are best unanswered.”

When asked if he'd like to reconnect with Jenelle, Robert said, “Yeah I would probably like to get in contact with her. If she wants to get ahold of me, my number is in the phone book. She can call me anytime she wants.”

Jenelle Evans will return to MTV later this year for Teen Mom 2 season seven.
