Tina Campbell of WeTV’s Mary Mary series has opened up about how she and husband Teddy Campbell are doing after his infidelity rocked their marriage on reality television.

“I found out who I really was when my marriage fell apart,” she said. “It was really hard. That entire season was about my broken marriage...It was empowering for me to go through that in the public eye and then make it on the other side and fall in love again.”

Erica Campbell Has A Message For Haters Of Her ‘I Luh God’ Song

Fans saw Tina and Teddy’s up-and-down process of them getting through the drama. She kicked him out of the house and even totaled his classic car. She has also been open and very vocal about wanting to harm him physically. But she said all of that was a very candid way of how she dealt with it all. And Teddy was on board with showing their struggle.

“My husband, who is also an executive producer on our show, was exposed in front of everybody but so I was I. There was a lot of prayer and counseling. But now I’m stronger and so is our marriage.”

Her pain also brought her an NAACP Image Award for her latest project, It’s Personal. She has said in the past that she channeled much of her emotions into her music. Her current single "Destiny" is also a hit on the airwaves.

The couple will celebrate 16 years of marriage this summer.

Tina and her sister Erica Campbell will return to WeTV for their show’s fifth season on March 3.
