Justin Bieber endured an emotional week in London and canceled one of his tour stops in Portugal, but Bieber's manager said the pop sensation is doing fine and the concert was only canceled due to technical issues.

Bieber's European leg of the tour had some down moments: he got involved in a paparazzi confrontation and arriving two hours late to a concert, which angered many Belieber fans and their parents. The 19-year-old then disappointed even more fans by cancelling his Tuesday night concert in Lisbon, Portugal.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second operation, in Portugal, on 12 March," a representative confirmed to E! News.

Scooter Braun, who has been managing Bieber since 2009, said the cancellation happened due to technical issues stemming from the process of moving the concert production from one location to another. He added that the pop singer is "in a great place" and told E! News. "There's nothing wrong with him,"

"It has nothing to do with anything other than that," he added. "Tell everyone Justin is good, really good."

The canceled show announcement followed a hand full of public struggles for Bieber, which all began with him tweeting "worst birthday" when his celebrations at a London nightclub were shut down by security, forcing him and several of his underage friends, including Jaden Smith and Ella-Paige Roberts-Clarke, to go back to their hotel.

During a recent performance in London, Bieber nearly collapsed during his Beauty and a Beat set, causing him to be rushed to a nearby hospital.

"When he started 'Beauty and a Beat' you could see he was struggling," said Prithvi Pandya, who was near the front of the crowd.

Bieber seemed to have fun at his Monday show in Lisbon and has been interactive with fans on his Twitter account.

"PORTUGAL was RIGHT TONIGHT!! #SOLDOUT #BELIEVEtour," he tweeted on March 12.

One fan tweeted, "It was Justin's 1st time performing in Portugal & he had a great time, the audience was crazy & Justin is happy. That's how beliebers rule."

The pop star also linked a Youtube video to his song Right Here featuring Drake.

Bieber is set to perform in at least six other European countries in the coming weeks.

"We got something special. We are too strong. #beliebers," he tweeted.
