Heidi Montag's husband is trying to make amends for his highly controversial comment.
Did Heidi Montag Throw Shade At Lauren Conrad On Twitter?
Earlier this month, the reality star's husband, Spencer Pratt, spoke to Vice's Broadly where he opened up on how difficult it was when The Hills (the series that Pratt and Montag were on) got canceled. In fact, Pratt said it was so difficult that he compared to one of the biggest terrorist attacks in the United States.
"[The Hills getting canceled] was our 9/11," the celeb said, referring to the tragic incident on September 11, 2001 when attacks took place, one of them including the destruction of the World Trade Center in New York.

Now Pratt is responding to that statement in a number of tweets saying it was "thoughtless." He later added that he'll probably say something "dumb" again in the future. In his final tweet, he said that his comment was "insensitive" with another apology.
