He's akin to royalty and doesn't even know it, but Saint West certainly knows how to cause a firestorm on social media.
The baby boy, who is Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son, made his initial public debut on Kardashian's subscription-only app and mixed-access website, with those wanting to see his photo paying for the privilege. However, since then, the image has gone wide, with Kardashian sharing his image on her own Instagram and Twitter accounts.
