As production on the upcoming 11th season continues, a new report has revealed details of what -- and who -- fans can expect to see during the Bravo special.
“A behind the scenes episode was taped and it was about season 8,” Real Mr. Housewife announced on Monday. “Bravo felt that season 1 was so long ago. They also thought the way it was filmed looked so differently than it does now, so they decided to start with the eighth season for a special.”
On Instagram, both Lauri Waring Peterson and Lydia McLaughlin recently shared photos of themselves on some sort of set, seemingly hinting the show had been filmed.
As fans may recall, McLaughlin quit the show after appearing on just one season, season eight.
"It's bittersweet," McLaughlin told Us Weekly at the time. "I compare it to breaking up with a boyfriend you know you're not going to end up with -- it's hard, but overall you know you're doing the right thing."
"I never wanted to make a career out of being a housewife. That's never really been a dream of mine," she continued. "I want to build my brand outside of the Housewives -- I've always been really honest with the producers about that. I knew that while I was filming it that I probably wasn't going to be doing it again."
Real Mr. Housewife claimed the special was scheduled to air sometime around March 30.
