Gwyneth Paltrow is set to release a cookbook based on an "elimination diet" on April 2. The book, titled It's All Good: Delicious, Easy, Recipes That Will Make You Look Good, will be a follow up to her other cookbook she released last year, based on her experience with her father Bruce.

The stunning actress claims that the recipes in the new book, which is available for pre-order, is what keeps her look good and keep the weight off.

According to the book description, the so-called "elimination diet" was prescribed by her doctor when she was feeling fatigued, faint, anemic, vitamin D-deficient and stressed. This diet consists of nothing processed including. Foods such as coffee, diary, eggs, sugar, shellfish, deep-water fish, wheat, meat and soy are banned in this diet, including alcoholic drinks.

"After changing her diet, Paltrow healed totally, felt more energetic and looked great."

185 recipes are included in the book, which includes Huevos Rancheros, Hummus Tartine with Scallion-Mint Pesto, Salmon Burgers with Pickled Ginger, Power Brownies, and Banana "Ice Cream."

Paltrow continues to have an enviable figure at the age of 40. She has two children, Apple and Moses, with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Paltrow continues to stay busy by splitting her time in New York and London.
