The next episode, 'Broken Hearts,' of Arrow is going to be an intense rollercoaster ride, judging by the recently revealed preview.

Oliver's Son Is The Person In The Grave?

The clip starts on a heartbreaking note as Oliver (Stephen Amell) is seen lamenting the fact that he couldn't save his relationship with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards). Felicity is also seen returning her ring. Meanwhile, this emotional severance is marked by upheavel in Starling City even though Damien Darhk (Neal McDonnough) is behind bars. Oliver and crew vow to not allow the darkness to take over. Another highlight of the episode is the return of Cupid and Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) stepping in for Darhk, as he seeks to avenge his dethroning form the League of Assasins by Oliver.

In other recent news it was revealed that Supernaturals alum Madison McLaughlin will be joining Season 4 of Arrow.

Felicity Will Be 'Conflicted' About Her Father's Return, Showrunner Dishes

Amell revealed that McLaughlin is coming on board the show and that they had already become good friends.

The actor was careful not to reveal anything about the episode she will be guest starring or making her first appearance in. There is no telling if McLaughlin will be guest starring in one episode or will play a recurring role. McLaughlin is best known for playing Krissy in Supernatural.

'Broken Hearts' will air on March 23 on The CW.
