Michael Easton Dishes On New 'GH' Storyline & Character

After getting together again while she was still with Franco (Roger Howarth), and surviving his attempts at revenge, then getting through Sonny's shooting on their wedding day, and standing together in the ongoing battle to get custody of Avery, the couple's biggest test could come from their son's Bipolar disorder--and the lengths they have had to go to to try and get it under control.

In the grips of a manic episode, Morgan, who had been once again off his medication, tried to stop the arms shipment from going through Port Charles. Because of the deal going South after his arrival on the scene, both Nathan (Ryan Paevey) and Kiki (Hayley Erin) were shot. Sonny also used that moment to reveal he was not only able to stand, but walk, after his own shooting, and he had been conning everyone into believing he was still wheelchair bound. Now, after realizing Morgan can't beat the possible charges against him, the two have committed him to an institution to get help.

But, the lies Sonny told to protect his secret, as well as the fact that they, as parents, were unable to keep Morgan from going off the deep end, could cost them everything about their relationship--and Carly may actually consider walking out on Sonny yet again as a result.

"You don't want me to answer that question tonight," she says in a preview clip for the Monday, March 7 episode.
