She had decided to move on with her life and even became engaged to his brother, Wyatt (Darin Brooks), but Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will begin to suspect there's something more to Liam's (Scott Clifton) disappearance on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Though she didn't want to believe he was truly done with her, and that things were genuinely over and he was trying to forget about his life with her, Steffy had been willing to accept that Liam was just not coming back. However, after Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) gives birth, and Liam still doesn't show, she will begin to get suspicious about what happened to him.

"Liam was really excited for Caroline," she says in a preview clip for the Friday, March 11 episode. "For him to be completely MIA during all of this? It's weird."

Of course, what she (and no one else for that matter) knows, is that Liam is okay and well—but suffering from amnesia—and Quinn (Rena Sofer) has been holding him hostage at her cabin in Topanga Canyon and filling his head with lies about his past, insisting he is named Adam and she is named Eve, and even telling him they were married. The two have even been sleeping together, and thanks to Deacon (Sean Kanan), Quinn even managed to get doctored wedding photos of evidence to show him of their past.

However, Liam has been kept from seeing anyone except Quinn for a while, which has kept him from regaining any memories. But now, when Deacon shows up again and Quinn isn't there to intercept, Liam will answer the door—and his memories could start to come back if Deacon decides to drop a few hints of the truth his way.

"Hi, can I help you?" Liam asks Deacon in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
