Blake Shelton's new song, "Came Here To Forget," seems to touch on his divorce from Miranda Lambert.

Is Gwen Stefani's New Song About Blake Shelton Or Gavin Rossdale?

Ahead of the release of his new album, The Voice coach released his latest track, which appears to be a candid account of the demise of his relationship with Lambert, as well as the start of his romance with Gwen Stefani.

“Girl, you gettin’ over him, and I’m gettin’ over her,” Shelton sang, according to the Washington Post on Tuesday. “Keep leanin’ it on in closer, keep saltin’ the rim/Getting even with her, and with him, before the night is over.”

Shelton and Lambert's marriage came to an end in July 2015, and just weeks later, Stefani announced she and Rossdale were parting ways after 13 years of marriage.

Last week, Shelton hinted that the then-upcoming track would be quite personal.

"I mean, it doesn't take, you know, a rocket scientist. If you have followed my career even a little bit in my life, you know what has happened with me in the last, gosh, eight or nine months," Shelton told Entertainment Tonight. "It is all on the the record."

"I can put my life experience, whether it's a divorce or my new girlfriend, whatever those experiences are, whatever things that are happening in my life, I have an outlet for them," Shelton added. "I have music. I can write songs, I can sing about it."
